Since you're going to want Level 4 monsters to meet the Summon Requirements of Utopia, getting the most utility out of your Level 4 bodies will hopefully allow you to get value before using them for the Xyz Summon. As such, stand-out cards like Loading... with Superspeed and Loading... with ATK Support should prove useful. Aside from that, just efficiently-statted bodies that won't lose their first combat will work well as fodder to summon your Utopia. It should be noted that Master Skill (Number 39: Utopia) specifically synergizes with Provoke and switching your opponent's monsters into Attack Position, with Loading... being by-far the most important card for Utopia, as getting Provoke on Utopia specifically will make it so it's essentially unbeatable in combat.

Strategy Notes

• You want to stick to your Aggro hallmarks, trying to secure the middle card early with some combination of Loading... and Superspeed .

• Keep the pressure on with your high-Attack Level 4 monsters, trying your best to win early skirmishes so you can leave bodies for Xyz Summon fodder.

• If possible, you want to try and set up Provoke for your Utopia, whether that be with Loading... or a Loading... directly in front of it.

• Try to find the most vulnerable player at the table and focus your highest attack monsters at them. This is usually your most reliable tactic at making sure the game ends with you in the first or second place position.

With access to more Super Rares, you can increase the quality of the Level 4 monsters your put into your Utopia Deck. Some notable inclusions are Loading... which trumps pretty much any attempt to get the middle card from your opponents by overriding their Superspeed with Slowdown . You can also add more instances of Provoke or ATK Support (Loading... can provide either as desired). You could also use Loading... as even though it's not Level 4, Special Skill (Backup Secretary) 's ATK Supplement x2 on Loading... should guarantee your Utopia survives multiple combats with ease.

When it comes to Spells, Loading... is an all-star in every deck, while being particularly important in this deck as it acts as a second copy of Loading... for Utopia in addition to the fantastic utility it already provides. Loading... is also particularly useful for not only flipping everything into Attack Position but potentially disrupting other players' plans at the same time.

While additional skill slots on Loading... aren't fantastic going for longevity should be the goal. ATK Supplement and Seal make it so your Utopia doesn't lose too many stats over multiple combats, bypassing pesky Skills like Detonated and ATK Debuff .
