Ai is one of the Ignis - AI programs that have their own free will. Though he was hunted by the Knights of Hanoi, it was Playmaker who captured him. Since they shared a common foe, Playmaker and Ai reluctantly formed an uneasy alliance. Though a program is supposed to follow orders, Ai prefers to do his own thing - whether Playmaker likes it or not.

Since he lets Playmaker Duel for him, his skill level is unknown.

Ai came to this tournament with Playmaker, but they were split apart when the lock system on Playmaker's Duel Disk malfunctioned. Ai is enjoying his newfound freedom - or he would be if it wasn't for the Knights of Hanoi constantly on his tail. While searching for Playmaker to protect him, he runs into the player.

How to Unlock Ai

• Acquire Ai Character Pieces by completing the "Lead the Hanoi to Destiny" Single Player Event.

How to Level-Up Ai

• You can Level-Up Ai's Trust by Dueling with them selected as your partner from the Main Menu Screen or Dueling with him as your partner in Tag Duels.

• You will need a Ai Character Piece to unlock Trust Levels 11-20, which is purchasable with EP from "Lead the Hanoi to Destiny" Event.
